SHIPPING METHODS

Courier service

1.GLS

  • If you choose the GLS courier service, your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specified.

  • Delivery time: within 48 hours (2 working days), to an address in Hungary.

  • Shipping is free for purchases of HUF 18,000 or more. If the amount of the order does not reach 18,000 HUF, we charge a shipping fee of 1,490 HUF.

  • We will send you an e-mail and SMS notification about the delivery of your package and its identification number.

  • You can track the delivery of your package on the following page, under the "Track & Trace" text bar: https://gls-group.eu/HU/hu/home

  • On the day of delivery, the courier will send an SMS, in which he will specify the expected duration of the delivery (in 3-hour intervals) and the courier's contact information, in order to facilitate the delivery.

2.PHOSPHOST

  • If you choose Foxpost, you can place your order at the following parcel machines: https://foxpost.hu/en/apt-finder

  • Delivery time: within 48 hours (2 working days), to an address in Hungary.

  • Shipping is free for purchases of HUF 18,000 or more. If the amount of the order does not reach 18,000 HUF, we charge a shipping fee of 1,490 HUF.

  • We will send you an e-mail, SMS or Viber notification about the delivery of your package and its identification number.

  • You can track the delivery of your package at the following link:  https://foxpost.hu/päkkatvetel

  • Once you have been notified by SMS or Viber that your package has arrived, you have 3 days to pick up your package at the designated pick-up location.

If you are a registered user of Foxpost and you ordered in the webshop using the same data as in your FOXPOST account, you can receive your package quickly and easily with the FOXPOST application, and you will not even need the unique collection code.

Important: you can only pay with a bank card at the machines or via SimplePay in the case of FOXPOST application collection.
 

MORE ABOUT THE EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME

  • For orders placed on working days (Monday to Friday): Orders placed and processed before 1:00 p.m. will be dispatched the same day and delivered to the delivery address specified in the order within 2-3 working days.

  • For orders placed on weekends and holidays: Orders are processed on the next working day and delivery is expected within 2-3 working days.

EXAMPLES:

If an order was placed before 13:00 on Tuesday, the package is expected to be delivered on Thursdays or Fridays.

If an order was placed on Wednesday at 4:00 p.m., the package is expected to be delivered on Friday or early next week.

If an order was placed on Saturday or Sunday, the package is expected to be delivered on Wednesday or Thursday.

Product return

Return goods? Simple!

You have the right to return the product within 30 days of receipt of the product.

You don't need to give a reason, but we are grateful if you do, because with your help we can make better offers and use it to improve the operation of the store.

Step by step - how do I return the product?

Depending on the value of the order, you can choose from three options:

A. FREE RETURNS WITH THE HELP OF FOXPOST PARCEL AUTOMATION

If the value of the order from which you want to return a product has reached or exceeded HUF 18,000, you can use the free return within Hungary using the Foxpost parcel machine. In the package, together with the ordered products, you will find a package label. Fill out the Return Product form or write a clear statement regarding your intention to cancel and put it in the package together with the product to be returned. Order the return to the parcel machine, and you will receive the unique dispatch code (7 digits), which you can use to return your parcel. The code is valid for 10 days. The maximum size of the parcel machine is 60 cm x 36 cm x 61 cm. You can return the package from any parcel machine. You can find the list of parcel machines here: https://foxpost.hu/päckautomatak

The buyer is responsible for any depreciation of the goods, in accordance with the Answear.hu General Terms and Conditions and the applicable legislation. We will be grateful if you return the product in the original factory packaging.

You can return multiple orders as long as they meet the conditions for free returns (their value is HUF 18,000 or more and 30 days have not yet passed since they were received). Under the Returns tab ( https://answear.hu/fiokom/termek-viszkekuldesek/) you will find all products that meet these conditions.

Important:

  • Print and fill out the return form. If you do not have the opportunity to print out the return form, use the one that was included with the order. You can also use another form, or you can send a clear declaration of withdrawal from the contract to bolt@answear.hu.

  • If you paid by bank transfer or request a return of the consideration, then on your form/statement, indicate the bank account number in international format (IBAN), which begins with the prefix HU and continues with 26 digits. You can find your own IBAN number using an online IBAN number finder, or contact your bank, who can help you with this.

  • The value of the returned goods will be reimbursed within 5-14 days, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

  • In the case of payment with a gift card, the balance of the gift card will be credited with an amount equal to the value of the returned goods.

B. FREE RETURNS WITH GLS COURIER SERVICE

If the value of the order from which you want to return a product exceeded HUF 18,000, you can use the free return. Before starting the return process, log in to your ANSWEAR.HU user account and click on the returns tab. Then fill in the required fields.

The buyer is responsible for any depreciation of the goods, in accordance with the Answear.hu General Terms and Conditions and the applicable legislation. We will be grateful if you return the product in the original factory packaging.

C. RETURNS AT OWN EXPENSE

If the value of your order does not reach HUF 18,000, you can return the product in the usual way at your own expense - using the "Returns form" attached to the order or a clear cancellation statement.

Print and fill out the return form. If you do not have the opportunity to print out a return form, use the one that was included with the order. You can also use another form, or you can send a clear declaration of withdrawal from the contract to bolt@answear.hu.

The buyer is responsible for the possible depreciation of the goods, in accordance with the Answear.hu General Terms and Conditions and the applicable legislation. 

We will be grateful if you return the product in the original factory packaging.

Important:

  • Please attach the completed "Return form" or a "withdrawal from contract" statement to the package.

  • If you paid by bank transfer or request a return of the consideration, the bank account number in international format (IBAN) must be entered on the form/statement, which begins with the prefix HU and continues with 26 digits. You can find your own IBAN number using an online IBAN number finder, or contact your bank, who can help you with this.

  • The value of the returned goods will be reimbursed within 5-14 days, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

  • In the case of payment with a gift card, the balance of the gift card will be credited with an amount equal to the value of the returned goods.

  • We will not refund the shipping cost of the returned item.

  • Do not send the package with a return receipt - we are technically unable to accept such shipments.

  • In order to ensure the safety and fast delivery of the shipment, we recommend that you send the package as registered mail with a courier company or by post.

  • You do not need to attach the payment receipt.
